AJ Release Agent
Purpose ( Water Soluble, Does not contain Halogen )
During pressing process and Pin lam or riveting, glue residue cannot be avoided. If production can not accept existence of PND, it need to be checked and grinded manually.Release Agent Spray: Can use on PIN or screws
◆ AJ-MFR-A
Can be used inside Pin lam busing, allowing pin to remove residue more easily. It can remove glue residue or cowhide on mass lam, mass lam boards.
◆ Even with high glue volume products or in PIN holes, glue reside can easily be removed.
Liquid Release Agent

Apply onto SUS board by gently scrubbing it and wash with water to remove glue residue.

Theory
Applying a coat of water soluble release agent on SUS board, and it will be washed off with water. By applying new layers of release agent, it will continuing protecting SUS board.
